As has been the prediction in recent real estate reports these past couple of months, more and more homes are coming on the market which is good news for home buyers. As of today, April 8th, there are now 11 new listings so far this month. In March Scotts Valley averaged .74 listings per day, this month it is averaging 1.38 listings per day so far. Quite a jump, and much needed too.
Potential home sellers should start paying attention as there is more competition coming up with more expected.
