The San Lorenzo Valley Water District (SLVWD) has announced District board members will collaborate to provide a State of the District presentation during the regularly-scheduled District board meeting on Thursday, Sept. 3 at 7 p.m.

Each of the District’s five directors will make brief remarks about the District’s accomplishments in 2015 and goals for the future. Presentation topics will range from specific projects — such as modernization of water meters, Fall Creek fish ladder, leak detection program, wastewater enterprise fund, Lompico annexation and Olympia Circle annexation — to alternative energy, water supply, communication and department reports.

“This is a great opportunity to talk about where the District is going and share each director’s goals for the future,” said Brian Lee, SLVWD General Manager. “We also feel it’s important to highlight the work that has been completed this year with our customers.”

The meeting will be held at the San Lorenzo Valley Water District Board Room, 13057 Hwy. 9, Boulder Creek. For more information call 831-338-2153.
