Fitness For Youth

An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Monday, repeating until September 19, 2016
Our advanced trainers are trained in functional movement to help your children learn proper form while exercising, learn technique and form to prevent injuries, as well as advancing in their specific sport of choice. This will be a class designed for kids ages 6-15, and will include age appropriate fitness for fun activities.
