An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
This comprehensive workout has a great mix of both classic and innovative lower body exercises that will challenge your legs, glutes and core. The strength training exercises will be interspersed with fun cardio blasts using a variety of equipment (with modifications for low impact). This workout is designed to keep your heart rate up while engaging the large muscle groups of your body.
