Science Sunday, Sunday,

A UC Santa Cruz adjunct professor and NOAA researcher will present “Coming Home: Decoding the Mysteries of Migration in Salmon and Trout” during the Science Saturday at the Seymour Center. The lecture by John Carlos Garza, Ph.D., will be offered both in-person and virtually from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
The in-person Science Sunday is included with admission to the Seymour Center. Due to COVID-19 capacity restrictions, only 60 in-person lecture passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No advanced reservations. In-person lecture attendees are invited to join a small, onsite reception with non-alcoholic beverages and small nibbles from 2:30-3 p.m. Attendees will have the chance to meet Dr. Garza and ask him questions.
