Attend this 5-week parenting group to learn simple strategies to help you:
• Talk to children about separation and divorce and help them manage their emotions
• Recognize “unhelpful” thoughts and emotions and understand how they affect parenting
• Learn coping skills and self-care strategies to take care of yourself as a parent
• Improve communication and resolve conflicts with a former partner
• Develop a parenting plan and a new family identity
