Celebrate harvest with us with an extraordinary 6 course wine pairing dinner in the redwoods, with honorable Chef Diego Felix from Colectivo Felix. This will be an evening out of a fairytale: wine and Hors d’oeuvres in the vineyard, followed by an evening stroll through the vines to arrive at dinner being prepared for you, in The Redwood Grove. Here we’ll settle in for the evening, surrounded by majestic nature and redwoods dating back to the 1800’s.
Chef Diego will be cooking a menu inspired by the essence of Summit Mountains and the Monterey Bay, rooted in Latin American culture. Every course will be cooked on an open fire utilizing the hot embers with the grill, using unconventional local ingredients, celebrating edible biodiversity.
