Although in it’s first year, the My Scotts Valley Christmas Lights Contest was a big success as it gathered 17 of the most decorated homes and neighborhoods for the event.
The winners of the contest were:
- 1st place – 106 Lauren Circle
- 2nd Place – 112 Bordeaux Lane
- 3rd Place – 405 Saddle Circle Drive
The winner of the best-decorated community was the SkyPark Community with the Vineyards being a close 2nd place.
But the real winners were the entire Scotts Valley commUNITY as it generated a lot of interest from the residents of our town and added to the Christmas Spirit of the town. How much you say?
Throughout the contest, MyScottsValley.com generated 2,671 visits from people wanting more information and maps to the homes that were in the contest.
The My Scotts Valley Christmas Lights Contest was put up by friends of www.MyScottsValley.com and the Facebook CommUNITY Page at www.Facebook.com/MyScottsValley.
Thank you to all the participants, which include the residences who entered the contest, the judges who helped in the voting and the community for its support. We look forward to bringing this to our town each and watching it grow each and every year.
