April ‘23: Had 4x4 Offroad of Scotts Valley, install the Agile Offroad RIP Kit & 47g tank in 2022 Sprinter. They damaged a wheel sensor which made all other sensors and emergency brakes inoperable. They didn’t ( nor did they know how to ) calibrate the new gas tank levels nor how to set the computer for the miles/gallons and tank fill. Joey stated they would pay for the $600+ damaged sensor but then renigged payment. Now the company isn’t returning texts. So, it’s a $600+ sensor and now additional cost somewhere to calibrate the tank sensor and computer plus $ to tighten the bolts on the install.
Sure they are friendly people but they don’t stand by their work nor their claims.
