It is not often you find a mechanic that makes you feel like they have your best interests in mind. Auto-Motives' mechanics work a bit like a hospital ER team, triaging the vehicle to identify the source of the most severe problem and then any underlying issues. Their Service Manager or Josh, the owner, then present the treatment plan before spending your money. In three years of taking our vehicles there, we never felt like we were oversold service. While waiting to pick up my car, other customers I've talked to say they have been coming to Josh for over a decade. They even knew the names of the mechanics. I guess this happens to ethical mechanics; they build a base of repeat clientele instead of getting as much as possible from one or two visits.
