Damians Ladder is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (Tax ID 93-2372405) dedicated to ensuring that low- and moderate-income seniors and disabled residents of Santa Cruz County can live comfortably and safely in their homes as long as possible. Seniors and the disabled with limited incomes often are unable to perform or afford small repairs and updates to their property – from leaky faucets to installing an access ramp. Damians Ladder is supported by local handymen who volunteer their services or charge discounted fees, by vendors contributing supplies for free or at reduced prices, and by volunteer board members, all of whom are committed to serving the residents of Santa Cruz County.
