The housing market has caught on fire over the last 18 months with an approximate 20% appreciation in 2021 alone. That in itself is an astounding figure that many thought we would never see, but this year has proven to be no slouch. Whether other sales were sprawling properties in the millions of dollars, plenty of acreage and top-of-the-line finishes and fixtures, none sold at a higher price per square foot.

The average price per square feet on closings this year as of this writing for single family homes is $786.49, with a total of 29 closings.
A total of 5 condos and townhouse have closed year-to-date, averaging $635.77 per square feet.
