We offer private, semi-private and group equipment Pilates and TRX suspension training classes. We have multiple certifications in Pilates-based fitness methods and create an energetic and challenging workout for any fitness level
As a coach, I provide support through online accountability groups. I connect you with programs that you can do at home, when convenient for you, ensuring that you enjoy a workout that will bring you closer to your goal(s). I help align you with a nutrition guide that is best for your individual needs, while creating a welcoming and accepting atmosphere in my online support group that allow you to stay accountable while gaining encouragement and motivation from others that are working towards similar goals. Most importantly, I believe that everyone can achieve a healthier lifestyle and I am here to help in every step of the way because I know that it is easier to have the support and motivation of a coach, friend, and a personal cheerleader.
Personal Trainer working out of Scotts Valley. ISSA certified. I hold fitness “Bootcamp” Monday through Saturday at Skypark 9-10am, and again Monday night at 5:30pm. First class is always FREE, and class punch cards are only $50 for 10 classes.

My mission as a yoga teacher is to help you gain greater body/mind awareness, to be OKAY with yourself, and to manage energy in your life using the practices of breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation. As a parent, it is very important to me to pass along tools that can be used in the family for freakout moments! So that is a big part of the practice, to come back to center when things get crazy.
I help yogis create more space in their bodies and minds, see the patterns in their behaviors, and to feel a sense of connection between their individual experience and deeper meaning.
