Specializing in unique gifts, home accents, jewelry, and elegant vintage finds.
Bumblebees by the Sea was created by Rena Riccabona. Rena has had a lifetime dream of owning her own gift boutique. With a love of remnants from the past and primitive style home embellishments her business was formed in 2010. However, don’t be fooled by the primitive style because there is plenty of sparkle to delight the eye. With a growing demand for unique jewelry her collections have grown and you are sure to find something for everyone.

This fun little adventure all started with custom woodworking shop, an industry with huge amounts of waste. We’re those people who could never throw anything away, so we didn’t. We stored it for years, before our jewelry and small product creations came out of the woodwork (literally) in 2012. We eventually needed a space to sell our stuff locally, so we opened Kind. That’s now a hip, little, gift shop, filled with our own brand of goods and many other American-made makers too. As of today, our high-end cabinet shop (Kind Wood) is as busy as ever, continuing to supply the studio with the most beautiful of woods, keeping our collections fresh and always growing. I design and handcraft jewelry and sell on line. I do not sell out of my home. All business is done on line. I am currently offering a free shipping promotion which should be attractive to the local Scotts Valley community since I do not offer pick up of orders. I DO NOT want my address listed.
Treasures Fine Jewelry first opened its doors in the small coastal mountain community of Scotts Valley, California, in October 1999. This full-service jewelry store is family-owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Michael and Fuzzy, who take great pride in exceeding expectations with stunning designs and a solid commitment to excellent service and quality, while maintaining competitive pricing. Beginning in 1988, Michael honed his skills as a goldsmith during five years apprenticed to two master goldsmiths in the Monterey Bay area. Originally intending to limit the business to wholesale sales and repairs, he quickly saw the need to open a retail branch. After 25 years in the field, Michael now specializes in custom design and repairs of all types including difficult antique restoration, metal eyeglass repair, and stone setting. To enhance his already considerable skills as a designer and craftsman, he has added the latest technological equipment: a laser welder, CAD/CAM software and a mill.
