Many people, including myself, did not know but Erik’s Deli started right here in Scotts Valley and opened its doors on September 17, 1973. 40 years later, they are still here and doing better then ever serving some great sandwiches and soups that only Erik’s can serve.
Today, September 17th, 2013, Erik’s Deli celebrated its 40th anniversary and Erik himself along with his lovely wife were at the festivities at the Mount Hermon Road Erik’s Deli in Scotts Valley. Free t-shirts, foods and many more giveaways for the day until closing.
Congrat’s to Erik’s and thank you for making your place always a great place to eat!
