Come explore the tide pools with a state park interpreter during King Tides! These are the lowest low tides of the year and are a great opportunity to see some of the animals that make their home in the rocky intertidal zone. We’ll look for sea stars, crabs, and other tidepool creatures. Dress in warm layers, bring a headlamp or flashlight and wear sturdy shoes. Waterproof shoes or rain boots are recommended. There will be some climbing on uneven terrain and rocks. Meet in the parking lot. Free event.
