Pages & Popcorn: a Fun Way to go to the Movies

The Friends of the Scotts Valley Library present the first in a book-to-movie series.  Read Strangers on a Train by Patricia Highsmith before attending our March 16 screening of Alfred Hitchcock’s movie then talk about it afterwards.  Moderated by John Billheimer, author of the Edgar-winning Hitchcock and the Censors. Yes, popcorn will be available!  
  You’re welcome to attend the movie, enjoy some popcorn and be part of the discussion even if you did not have time to read the book. The Friends have purchased a few copies of the book, Strangers on a Train, to share with readers.  Find them on our Friend’s Corner shelves in the patrons’ book holds area.  Borrow a copy, read it, and then return it to the shelf.
