April 9th, 2014, 5:45pm – Approximately 1,300 homes are being affected by a power outage that is not expected to be fixed until 7-9pm this evening, according to PG&E. The areas affected are in the area North of Bear Creek, Glenwood and Tabor among others as residents report outages on the My Scotts Valley Facebook page.

*UPDATE: 04/10/2014 – Many residents reported that there power was back up after 8pm, while others were still reporting no power after 9pm. All power seems to have been restored and the cause of the outage has not yet been reported. We will update this story as we receive more information.
