Bill Holl has over forty-five years experience as an Architect with specific responsibilities for design, project management, programming, master planning and construction administration for many institutional, commercial and residential projects.

Having had his own practice for fifteen years and then working for several large Architectural firms in the San Jose area for sixteen years, Bill has extensive experience working as the client’s representative on new construction, remodel and modernization projects. He also has extensive experience working with public clients and facilitating projects through state agency approvals.

Bill Holl is an Access Specialist certified by the Division of the State Architect to review facility plans and specifications and investigate facilities for compliance with state and federal accessibility codes and regulations. For the past eight years he has provided CASp Inspection and Report Services for multiple facilities that are used by the public.
